• User-Initiated On-Demand Retrieval: When you enter a query in the Online Search tab, the App queries publicly accessible web endpoints only upon your explicit instruction.
• Local-Only Storage of Imported Songs: When you choose to save or add a discovered song to your library, that song is saved strictly in your private local device storage. It is accessible only to you and is never uploaded, shared, or synced to WitnessNow servers.
• Content Ownership & Copyright: All lyrics, hymns, and metadata retrieved via online search belong to their respective copyright holders and original publishers. The App functions merely as a private productivity tool for presenting text chosen directly by the end user.

2. Information Collection and Storage

• Locally Stored Data: Custom playlists, favorited songs, presenter theme preferences, lower-third styles, notes, and projection history remain 100% on your device using local storage mechanisms.
• Device Identifier: A randomly generated anonymous installation token is used solely to verify app version synchronization and active subscription status with our server. No personal identity, name, email, or contacts are linked to this token.

3. Dual-Screen & Wireless Projection Features

The App provides dual-screen presentation capabilities via HDMI/USB-C cables, Apple AirPlay, and Android Screen Mirroring / Google Cast:

• Local Wireless Network: When using the local web server remote controller or stream overlays (OBS / vMix), data is transmitted exclusively across your local Wi-Fi / LAN. No projection data or slide streams leave your local network.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

All premium purchases and subscriptions (such as Ad-Free Pro access) are handled directly and securely through Google Play In-App Billing (Android) or Apple In-App Purchase (iOS). We do not collect, process, or store credit cards, bank details, or billing addresses.

5. Advertising and Rewarded Passes

To keep the application accessible to everyone, non-subscribed users can choose to watch optional Google AdMob rewarded video ads to receive temporary 30-minute ad-free passes (up to 3 hours per day):

• Advertisements are delivered through Google AdMob. Google may use anonymous advertising identifiers in compliance with Google's Privacy Policy and standard OS advertising guidelines.

6. App Permissions

The App may request the following permissions solely for core presenter features:

• Local Network / Wi-Fi State: To run the local remote control server and detect secondary displays.
• Photos / Storage Access: To allow you to select your own custom background pictures and videos for lyrics and scripture slides.
• Wake Lock: To prevent your screen from turning off while presenting lyrics during live worship sessions.
